The Prestige Eaton Park Payment Plan spans 4 years, from December 2025 to December 2029, with a 6-month grace period for possession. The payment is structured in a way that only 20% of the apartment price will be paid each year, which is aligned with construction progress.

Prestige Group offers a simple payment plan for Prestige Eaton Park. Buyers have to pay 10% of the total apartment amount when they book any apartment. The remaining 90 per cent amounts are linked to every key stage of construction in a given time frame. It will continue till possession time in 2029.

Detailed Payment Plan for Prestige Eaton Park:

The detailed payment plan is given as follows in 10 instalments:

  1. 10% of the total cost of the housing unit is payable upon booking any apartment in this project.
  2. Another 10% of the total amount has to be paid as construction commences.
  3. Another 10% of the total amount has to be paid during the time of excavation.
  4. Another 10% of the total amount has to be paid during the plinth process.
  5. Another 10% of the total amount has to be paid while the basement is being built.
  6. Another 10% of the total amount has to be paid during the construction time of the ground floor.
  7. Another 10% of the total amount has to be paid at the construction time of the 1st floor.
  8. Another 10% of the amount has to be paid during the time of flooring.
  9. Another 10% of the amount has to be paid during the time of plumbing time.
  10. The remaining 10% of the amount has to be paid at the time of possession of the units.

This flexible payment plan in short instalments makes it very easy for buyers to manage their finances while buying a premium home. Leading banks have approved the project, and buyers can easily get home loans when buying flats here.

The booking amount, which will be paid at the initial stage, will secure the apartment for the buyer. The legal documents of this new project will be given at the time of agreement. Buyers can verify these documents with a lawyer for their confidence.

When booking an apartment in Prestige Eaton Park, a contract is signed between the homebuyer and the builder, “Prestige Group”. This agreement will include details such as:

  • Apartment Number
  • Interior Specifications
  • Car Parking Details
  • Super Built-up Area
  • UDS (Undivided Share)
  • Total Amount
  • 45+ List of Amenities
  • Possession Date (31st December 2029)
