Prestige Eaton Park Payment Plan

The Prestige Eaton Park Payment Plan spans 4 years, from 21 March 2026 to 28 June 2030, with a 6-month grace period for possession. The payment is structured in a way that only 20% of the apartment price will be paid each year, which is aligned with construction progress.

Prestige Group offers a simple payment plan for Prestige Eaton Park. Buyers have to pay 10% of the total apartment amount when they book any apartment.
