Prestige Eaton Park Project Status

Prestige Eaton Park Project status is currently in the new-launch phase, and the project is RERA approved on 18 March 2026. The Project officially launched on 21 March 2026. As of March 2026, EOI bookings are closed, as the project has already moved past the pre-launch stage. Buyers can proceed with direct bookings at current launch prices, which are based on prevailing market rates.

The EOI portal was open during the pre-launch stage, and only a limited number of buyers could book each day. 3 and 4 BHK flats were available for early booking at that time.

Now, the project has moved past the pre-launch stage, and EOI bookings are closed. Around 60% of the units were already booked during pre-launch, which shows strong demand from buyers.

April 2026: Construction begins with excavation and foundation work across all towers.
January 2027: Completion of basement and ground floor slabs; tower structures rise up to around 10 floors.
January 2028: Mid-stage construction with the main structure progressing. Development of the 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and initial landscaping (parks and gardens) begins.
January 2029: Structural completion of towers (up to 37 floors). External works like plastering and glass installation start.
January 2030: Finishing stage begins, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and tiling for all units.
June 2030: Project completion phase with final inspections, amenity testing, and application for the Occupancy Certificate (OC).
July 15, 2030: Possession and handover of apartments to buyers as per the RERA schedule.
