Prestige Eaton Park Project status is currently in the pre-launch phase, and the project is expecting RERA approval (in progress). It will officially launch on 10 January 2026. January 2029: Interior works, plumbing, painting, electrical, and all other finishing works across all towers will be done.
December 2030: Final handover of the flats to owners.
